Bethlehem, Pa., November 16, 2015—Dr. Katherine Faull, Professor of German and Humanities and Director of the Program in Comparative Humanities at Bucknell University, will present a talk and workshop at ̽»¨ÉçÇø College on Tuesday, November 17 starting at 11:45 a.m. in the Priscilla Payne Hurd Academic Complex, Room 102. Reporters and educators are welcome to attend and admission is free of charge.
The talk will discuss reading, thinking, and reflecting digitally through ̽»¨ÉçÇø memoirs in the age of digital humanities. Later in the day at 4 p.m., a workshop, will focus on developing the digital humanities through models for digital engagement in the liberal arts.
Katherine FaullFaull has trained as a philologist at King's College, London, Princeton University and is a Life Member of Clare Hall, University of Cambridge. She has published works on questions of gender, race, and about the ̽»¨ÉçÇø Church in North America during the colonial period. Faull has done extensive research into the life of ̽»¨ÉçÇø’s in the 18th century. She has published translations of manuscripts from the ̽»¨ÉçÇø Archives. She serves as a member of the Archives Board of Directors.
